One of the best DIY wedding ideas I’ve ever come across is the use of paper flowers for wedding decor. At first it sounds a bit cheesy, but the potential for creativity is endless and the results are almost always very unique and modern. They are also wonderful because you can create the arrangements weeks or months before the actual wedding, and the arrangements won’t wilt during the wedding or die shortly thereafter. They are multifunctional as they can be used as bouquets/centerpieces and then given to guests as favors to take home. And on top of all that, they just look cool! I thought I’d share some awesome paper flowers I’ve come across over the past few weeks:
These arrangements just made my jaw drop. They were created by the very talented Livia Cetti at The Green Vase.
This very creative wedding was featured on Green Wedding Shoes:
I also love the combination of real and paper flowers. This photo is from a wedding recently featured on Style Me Pretty.
Emerson Made makes not only the most adorable flower pins, clutches, and corsages, but their flowers make for a gorgeous a tablescape as well!
Loved the vintage feel of these paper flowers photographed by Wild Flowers Photography.
